of Youngstown Inc. - a not-for-profit charity chartered by the state of Ohio and located in Youngstown, Ohio.

 In accordance with its charitable nature, the Foundation and Fest committee make financial contributions with the goal of improving the quality of life in the Youngstown area, as well as honoring the memory & living
