2023 Greater Youngstown Italian Fest Man & Woman of the Year

The 2023 Greater Youngstown Italian Fest is seeking nominations from family members,
friends, or neighbors regarding their favorite Italian woman or Italian man. The nominees would be considered for the highest honor and if selected would be introduced in person at the Fest ceremony on Friday, August 4, 2023 at 6:00 pm on the Main Stage at E. Federal and Champion Streets in downtown Youngstown.

The selected nominee will also be invited to attend the mass on Sunday, August 6, 2023 at 12:30 pm. The Italian woman and the Italian man will be asked to carry the gifts at this mass. Your nominee would need to be available for these 2 events.

Please submit a few paragraphs and details regarding your nominee. For instance any of the following would help: name, birth date and location of birth, spouse’s name, parents names and or grandparents, sisters and brothers names? What is their favorite past time or hobbies? What part of Italy were they from originally? What have they succeeded to accomplish over the span of their life?
